Starting at 5pm, the Fenton Arts Council will be giving 100 Art Bags to visitors, while supply lasts, behind the Community Center. In this FREE Art Bag are materials and instructions to make 4 cool paper toys that fly! Also, you can pick up stars you painted on July 4th and decorate new white stars with markers! Next to our booth, at the Cause & Affect Gallery's booth, you can also be part of a community-built mosaic.
